Class Structure

Our classes are designed to be interactive and engaging, combining informative lectures, group discussions, and hands-on practice. You will actively participate in giving and receiving complete Reiki treatments, working with all hand positions and Level II symbols, as well as practicing the traditional Japanese techniques.

While class time is invaluable, we encourage you to dedicate additional time each week for practice. This commitment to honing your skills—whether with classmates, family, or friends—is crucial for building the confidence and experience necessary to fully integrate your Reiki training into your life.

Reiki II Training

• Day 5: Teach a Reiki Class (Date to be determined based on completion of Reiki I or II and availability)
